You install Mosaic as a plugin, and it activates its own theme. Together, they form a complete theme-building system rather than a traditional plugin or theme alone.

Mosaic is a full WordPress theme builder where the theme and the page building process work together as one system. Unlike most page builders, Mosaic is built around real HTML and CSS concepts rather than predefined abstract elements. You work with reusable components, and a class system that allows global changes across your site. This approach makes large or long-term projects much easier to maintain and evolve.

Mosaic runs on WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 7.4, MySQL 8.0 or MariaDB 10.6, with a minimum memory limit of 256 MB.

During the early bird period, Personal and Creator plans are completely free for the first year. You get full access to all features included in the plan, with payment starting only from the second year if you choose to continue.

Early bird pricing is available until the end of 2026. After that, plans will be available at standard pricing.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. Upgrading to the lifetime Agency plan is available from any annual plan.

All paid purchases come with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If Mosaic doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

Annual plans can be canceled at any time from your account. Canceling stops the next renewal payment. Until the end of the current paid period, your license remains active and you will continue to have access to updates, the design library, and support.

Personal and Creator plans are annual subscriptions that include updates and support for one year and renew yearly. The Agency plan is available as a lifetime license, which includes updates and support without expiration.

No, we currently do not offer an affiliate program.

A site license is linked to the site where Mosaic is activated. Activation enables services on that site, including updates, support, and access to the design library. You can activate Mosaic on as many sites as your license allows.

Please note that an Annual Activation Limit applies depending on your plan. This limit refers to how many new site activations you can make within a 12-month period. You may deactivate licenses from any number of sites at any time, but activations are capped.

Annual activation limits by plan:
- Personal: 2 activations per year
- Creator: 15 activations per year
- Agency: Unlimited activations

No, Mosaic does not support whitelabeling at the moment.

Yes, annual plans renew automatically, but you can cancel the renewal at any time from your account.

Canceling your subscription does not break your site. Your website keeps working on the frontend, but access to updates, the design library, and support is removed.
